Refund policy

Within 14 days after you have received the product, you can register it for return via info@bikelife.be.

How do you return products?

The product can be brought to one of our store points.

Do you wish to send the product back? You can send it back via a parcel service of your choice to Bikelife, Bergensesteenweg 41, 1651 Lot. (BE0642.870.765)

The product must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition.

How do you receive a refund?

To get the full purchase amount back, it is important to send the product back in its original condition, undamaged, and unworn. Don't forget to mention your IBAN and BIC number.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive a refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions.

The following products cannot be returned:

- Soldered products.
- Outlet products.
- End-of-line products.
- A product that was specially made for you.
